The Lara Restaurant

The Lara is possibly my favourite. The best bars in San Miguel Bajo are this one, the Yunque and the Casa Blas (behind the statue of Christ)

It is very simple to get to San Miguel Bajo. There is a mini-bus which through the square every 15 minutes and you can catch it from Plaza Nueva. Click for info

Whether you like it or not there is always a large amount of street musicians willing to entertain you while you are eating.

Some of them are very good and some of them are awful. After performing for 10 minutes or so they will come round with a hat.

It is a good idea to have a pocket full of centimes and some euros in another pocket for the good ones. In this way it is possible to encourage the good ones and dissuade the bad ones.
